Managed Applications Partner Operations and Program Manager

The Managed Applications Partner Operations and Program Manager plays a vital role in developing and administering partner programs, tools, and events, in order to build awareness, generate qualified leads, generate incremental growth, drive partner satisfaction and loyalty, as well as supporting the Liquid Web Partner Team.

As a Managed Applications Partner Operations and Program Manager you would:

  • Work with various teams to develop new programs and processes for streamlining day to day duties such as onboarding and enablement programs and appropriate tracking
  • Assist in the creation of partner recruitment tools
  • Play a key role in the reporting of new partners
  • Supervise and orchestrate partner recruitment events working closely with the marketing event coordinator
  • Work with solutions partners, strategic partners, resellers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to improve the partner experience and ensure positive business outcomes
  • Provide operations support
  • Work with Dev in building out and optimizing processes
  • Project-managing all new related processes and tools to enable our partner’s sales efforts
  • Conduct yearly analytics to identify the characteristics of high-performing partners and assist the Partner sales team in partner recruitment
  • Measure performance and progress towards goals internally and with partners
  • Communicate with partners and users to increase offerings and revenue
  • Create partnerships and alliances to increase program offerings and marketing efforts
  • Review and analyze reports and data to help ensure we are best meeting our partner’s needs

You Have:

  • Prior success leading the development of customer facing partner solutions
  • Exceptional technical and non-technical presentation and communication skills
  • Proven knowledge of program development lifecycle and project management discipline
  • Significant technical sales experience
  • Credible and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
  • Commanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to work collaboratively, without direct reporting authority to get results
  • 7+ years’ experience in a partner-driven role and working with sales leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
